| A loving pet-care giver will visit your home and care for your dog for thirty (30) minutes. This time is based upon the entering and the leaving of your residence. During this visit, your dog will be brushed, fed and exercised according to your specifications. (A service fee of $5.25 will be charged for all dog walking between 6:00PM - 9:00PM* on weeknights, all weekend days and for all unscheduled visits. Holiday care rates apply.) | |

Should you be on holiday or away for the day on business, take advantage of our pet sit option. Your dog will receive a thirty (30) minute morning, afternoon and evening visit from one of our affectionate staff members. Knowing that your pet is comfortable in its own home and receiving attention from a patient and loving pet care professional is a viable solution while you are out of town. (For each additional pet from the same household, a fee of $30.00 will be charged to our pet sit rate of $54.00. Also, weekend, unscheduled and holiday care rates apply.) The pet sit schedule for dog care is as follows: Morning: 7-9AM; Afternoon: 2-4PM; and Evening 7-9PM. Generally, Two Dogs staff arrives between the hours listed to provide the quality care that you pet requires while you are away. Should your animal have specific needs, please discuss them with us. |

| A thoughtful animal care specialist will visit your home and care for you cat for thirty (30) minutes. This time will be based upon the entering and the leaving of your residence. During the visit, a pet professional will feed and care for your cat according to your specifications as well as maintain your pet's litter box. Please note that we ONLY service cat clients on a daily basis; service must include the day after you leave and the day before you return. (For each additional feline from the same household, a service fee of $5.25 will be charged to our cat visit rate of $16.25. Also, a service fee of $5.25 will be charged for all visits between 6:00PM - 9:00PM* on weeknights, all weekend days and unscheduled visits. Holiday care rates apply.) | |

AND CAT HOLIDAY CARE

dog and cat descriptions apply. During the holidays, excellent pet
care is in demand. As a result of the limited number of clients that
the Company can service, Two Dogs & A Goat will guarantee
pet care services if you send a two day deposit for the type of pet
care desired two weeks before your holiday departure date. Please
note if the holiday (excluding the Birthday of Martin Luther King
Day, Election Day and Veterans Day) falls on a Monday or a Friday,
the Saturday and Sunday will be charged at the holiday rate. Below
please find a listing of the Company holidays:
Please note the office staff observes the Jewish holidays of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Although you will not be charged the holiday rates for these days, the office is closed. (All Dog Walk and Cat Visits are charged at the holiday rate of $25 per visit. For each additional dog, a service fee of $10.75 will be charged to our holiday, dog walk rate of $25.00. For each additional feline from the same household, a service fee of of $5.25 will be charged to our our holiday, cat visit rate of $25.00.) |

HAMPTONS

All dog and cat descriptions apply. In the East End, excellent pet care is in serious demand. As a result of the small number of staff members working in the Hamptons, the Company can only render services to a limited number of individual clients each day. Please note that due to the nature of staff members traveling by car to your home, the price for services out East is far more costly than in Manhattan. (The rate listed above is for a thirty (30) minute visit with your dog or cat. For each additional dog, a service fee of $10.75 will be charged to our Hamptons dog walking rate of $25.00. For each additional cat from the same household, a service fee of $5.25 will be charged to our Hamptons cat visit rate of $25.00. Also, a service fee of $5.25 will be charged for all visits after 8PM on weeknights, all weekend days, unscheduled visits and holidays. |

HOTEL
CARE

While you are visiting "The City" on pleasure or business, rest assure that your pet will enjoy his or her New York experience. A professional, pet companion will escort your pouch for a stroll around the neighborhood or keep your cat and/or dog occupied by playing in your hotel room. Please note that due to the nature of our pet staff checking in with your hotel concierge and accompanying hotel security to your room, this service is more costly than our regular dog walking service. (The rate listed above is for a thirty (30) minute hotel dog walk. For each additional dog, a service fee of $10.75 will be charged to our hotel, dog walk rate. Should you prefer a hotel Play Date in which one of our staff stays in your hotel room and entertains your pet, the charge is $25.00 per hour with a minumum of a two hour visit. For each additional animal, a service fee of $5.00 will be charged to our Play Date rate of $25.00 per hour.) |

| An experienced staff member in veterinary care will escort your pet to your veterinarian. The client is required to pay all transportation expenses for the pet and its escort. (A service fee of $10.00 will be charged for all emergency and unscheduled escort services.) | |

ADMINISTERING
OF MEDICATION

| A trained animal care specialist in veterinary technology will administer medication to your pet either by injection or by mouth. Administering medication or performing any medical procedure to your animal is subject to our consultation with your veterinarian and with your signing of a waiver. | |

KEY
PICKUP AND RETURN

| Should a staff member make an additional visit to your apartment in order to pickup or to drop-off keys or should the office have to send them to you by mail, the above listed service fee applies. Specific arrangements will be determined upon your needs. | |

PET
SUPPLIES

| Please note that clients are to provide Two Dogs & A Goat Incorporated with all necessary supplies including food products and plastic poop bags while our organization is caring for your pet. Should additional expenses incur, clients are expected to reimburse the Company as soon as possible for pet supplies and will be charged $25 per hour for purchasing such sundries. | |

OTHER

CANCELLATION
POLICY:
|
|
| Cancellation policies are strictly observed by the Company for all services provided. These policies are set forth in the Service Agreements and must be acknowledged by client before services are rendered. | |
|
REFUND
POLICY:
|
|
| All refunds are issued in compliance with Company service policies. Company checks will issued as refunds within ten (10) business days of client notification that pet care services will be cancelled. | |
|
CHECK
RETURNED FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS:
|
|
| All clients will incur a service fee of $35.00 for all returned, unpaid checks. |

* Please note
that if you wish to have your dog walked after 9:00PM, you will be charged
all taxi fares for the pet sitter.
** Clients will be charged an additional $5.25 for all modifications to the regular dog walking routine. Modifications include: (i) pick-up from groomer; veterinarian; or pet care facility and (ii) change walk of time.
All fees are subject to routine pet-care except under unusual circumstances.
