Dog Training &
Animal Behavior Modification & Counseling
_________________________________
Dog training
and animal behavior modification counseling at Two
Dogs & A Goat goes well beyond the basics of "Sit", "Stay",
and "Come". Charlotte Reed combines positive reinforcement techniques
to train and solve canine behavioral problems. Reed ‘s goal is to
teach the human student to think like a dog so that he can become
the leader in his dog’s life.
The pet owners will learn that tone of voice; body language; environmental
factors; food as a motivator not an enabler; vocabulary; and breed
characteristics are important factors when learning to train your
dog. Training sessions will occur indoors and outdoors as well as
on and off leash. Training sessions with an emphasis on city living
are designed for each client and their specific canine. All family
members are encouraged to participate.
Reed, a graduate of the ASPCA’s Companion Animal Services Apprenticeship
Dog Training Program, is currently an animal behavior-counseling
student of the University of South Hampton’s New College, Great
Britain. She is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers.
She understands the importance properly caring for your dog by training
for fun and safety. Reed is insured for all pet care services. The
training price for an onsite visit is $150.00 for a ninety (90)
minute session and for a telephone consultation, the price is $75.00
per hour.
